Meditation heals trauma

Evenryone in life goes through some kind of trauma, but what I didn’t always realise is that the body holds onto this trauma, and once that ‘cup’ is full- oh boy, can shit happen.

All the experts out there saying “let it go, move on blah blah blah”,- seriously like its that easy- cause it Ain’t.

Truth is you need to heal yourself within to really start getting anywhere – here comes the woo woo stuff- meditation.

Those that started meditation long long ago really had it figured out right- our minds are truly powerful, and impressive. In order to look after yourself, you must lookafter your mind and body- its all connected!!!!

So – I urge you – if your body aches and is tired and sore (like mine is ) go to the physio, sure – but also take some time to breath deep

It might just change your whole day
